Customer agrees that it must obtain Newcompliances prior written consent before it may: (i) copy any of Newcompliances material; (ii) use any recording equipment (including, but not limited to, audio recorders, video recorders, and cameras) during the audio conference or webinars; or (iii) use Newcompliances trademarks, trade names, or other designations in any promotion or publication.<\/p><p>The term Newcompliances Material\/Product shall mean to include all products\/materials that you purchase from Newcompliances\u2019s Websites and\/or al information you get access to upon purchase of those products\/materials.<\/p><p>2.\u00a0 Subject to payment of respective Newcompliances Material\/Product fee, Newcompliances will grant to each of Customer: (i) a non-exclusive, nontransferable license to access the particular product in an uninterrupted manner, and (ii) a non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use a single copy of all Newcompliances Material\/Product.<\/p><p>3.\u00a0 The Newcompliances Material\/Product shall not be used for commercial purposes nor shall be exploited to create derivative work.
